JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
  • Assist the Manager and Academic Officers in day to day activities.
  • Carry out instructions given by the management team.
  • Assist and Manage general operations
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person or on the telephone
  • Helping visitors towards a deeper understanding of their concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Required: More than 2  year

 

  • Should have pleasing personality and with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Nepali (knowledge on other foreign languages is preferable.)
  • Administrative skills

Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 or more years of work experience in a star hotel preferable

Preferred Age: 22 – 35 years
